SUMMARY:Sustainable Stow / Randall Library Climate Talks
DESCRIPTION:Many golf courses are going up for sale because of an over supply.  Some are being restored to their natural environment offering benefits for wildlife and people.  Here in Stow\, we have an opportunity to restore the land on 115 acres of the North Course at the Stow Acres Country Club.  \nOn Wednesday\, May 15 we will have an opportunity to find out what that means. Kathy Serra\, Stow’s Conservation Director\, will discuss the process and challenges of restoring a former golf course to a natural habitat and what steps the Town is taking to begin transformation of this landscape into one that is more diverse and climate resilient.
